Kindergarten enjoyed coding with the Beebots last week. After listening to the Bouncing Ball by Deborah Kelly they built a city using blocks and other items in the classroom. Instead of a ball bouncing through the city we decided to send our Beebots on a journey. The students coded the Beebots to travel the streets and most managed to avoided crashing into their buildings. The students then drew a map of their city from a 'bird's eye view' perspective. Lots of fun, creativity and thinking.
